Please note we do not supply electrical or plumbing items and we always recommend engaging a licensed trade professional for this. We can help to organize these trades in accordance with your build.
Floor Chassis
Floor chassis are priced separately depending on the site requirements. All chassis connections are specified as welded connections.

- Fully engineered steel frame wall panels, roof trusses, roof and ceiling battens along with all the fixings to assemble.
- Breather membrane building wrap and tape
- Cavity battens
- Selected external cladding and cladding screws
- Roof anti-con, sheets and screws

- Ridge, corner, barge and opening flashings and fixings
- Internal doors, door frames and door furniture
- Wall and ceiling insulation
- Gutter, facia, downpipes and all clips
- Wall, ceiling and wet area Gyproc
- Gyproc glue, jointing compound and screws
- Architectural plans, sections, elevations and details for council
